Delivery

  • Dispatch: orders leave our UK warehouse within 48 hours on working days.
  • Standard UK delivery: £4.95, arrives in 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
  • Express UK delivery: £8.95.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £90. The Court Pack (£92.95) and DUOs (£164.95) ship free. A racket on its own (£79.95) ships for £4.95.
  • You get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
  • Need to change the address? Email contact@12kpadel.com as soon as possible and we will do our best before it ships.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered. Email contact@12kpadel.com with your order number to tell us, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. This applies to every item we sell, including anything bought in a sale.

Please send it back unused and, where you can, in its original packaging. You are welcome to handle it as you would in a shop. If it has been played with or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

You pay the cost of posting it back. We recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund what reaches us.

We refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery charge on your original order, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the item back. If you chose express delivery, we refund the standard delivery amount only.

Faulty or not as described

This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind policy above, and it does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject a faulty item for a full refund.
  • Within 6 months, if the fault was there when it was delivered, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible.
  • After that, you still have rights for up to 6 years, but you may need to show the fault was there at delivery.

If something is wrong, email contact@12kpadel.com with your order number and a photo. For faulty items we cover the cost of return postage. Normal wear from play, and damage from hitting the walls, glass, floor or another racket, is not a manufacturing fault.
