Padel grows at your club, not on a billboard
Most racket brands pay a handful of professionals and hope it trickles down. We would rather put a 12K racket in the hands of the player everyone at the club already asks for advice.
One ambassador per club, spread across the UK. You play, you post what you actually think, and when people ask what you are playing with, you send them our way. We pay you back in store credit for every post and every order.

- Bring the racket to your regular sessions. That is the main job.
- Post your own original content with the racket at least once a week on Instagram or TikTok and tag @12k.padel.
- Start every 12k post with #ad. We give you kit and credit, so UK advertising rules say your followers should know.
- Fill in a four question feedback form once a month.
- Share your personal link when someone asks what you are playing with.
Regulars, captains, coaches, organisers
- You play at least once a week at a UK club or venue.
- You coach, captain a league team or run social sessions, or you are the player everyone asks.
- Any level from improver upward. Follower count does not matter.
- You do not have a racket sponsor and you do not work for a padel retailer or brand.
- You are 18 or over.

Before you apply
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee, no minimum spend and nothing to buy. Your racket and Tournament Top are free and yours to keep.
How many followers do I need?
None. We care about how often you play and how many players you are around each week. A coach with 300 followers and 40 students a week is exactly who we want.
Do my friends get a discount code?
No. 12k has one honest price for everyone, so there are no codes. The reward goes to you: £10 store credit for every order placed through your personal link.
How does the post credit work?
You connect your Instagram to Brandpay, our rewards partner. Every eligible post that tags @12k.padel earns £7 and every story £3, paid as credit you spend on 12kpadel.com. TikTok posts are counted by us each month and paid the same way.
Why do I have to put #ad on my posts?
Because you receive kit and credit from us, UK advertising rules (the CAP Code, enforced by the ASA) treat your 12k posts as ads. Putting #ad at the start keeps you and us on the right side of the rules, and your followers trust you more for it.
Can I say anything I like about the racket?
Say what you honestly think. We only ask that you stick to what you have experienced and do not compare it with other brands by name.
I already own a 12K racket. Can I still apply?
Yes, and you can start straight away. Tell us in the form and we can send a racket for your regular partner instead, so there are two 12K rackets on your court.
How long does it last?
Partnerships run for 12 months. If life gets in the way and you stop posting for two months, we hand your spot to the next player in your city. You keep the racket.
My city is not on your court pages. Can I apply?
Yes. We start with cities that have a 12k court page, and strong players anywhere in the UK are welcome to apply.
