Common questions
How much does the Ice White weigh?
365 g with an even balance point. That sits in the middle of the standard range for padel rackets, where most players are comfortable between 355 g and 375 g.
Is an £79.95 racket good enough for a beginner?
Yes. The Ice White uses a full 12K carbon face and a medium EVA core, the same specification found in rackets sold between £150 and £300 by NOX, adidas and Bullpadel. We sell direct, so there is no distributor margin, no retailer markup and no tour sponsorship in the price.
Does the white finish mark easily?
Any light-coloured racket shows court dust and wall scuffs sooner than a dark one. It is cosmetic rather than structural. A head protector takes the frame contact that causes most of it.
What does 12K carbon actually mean?
The number refers to how many carbon filaments are bundled into each strand of the weave. 3K is softer and more forgiving, 18K is stiffer and suits fast advanced swings, and 12K sits between them. It is the grade most tour-level frames use. Longer version in our carbon grades guide.
