How We Build
Built by players. Tested on court. Shipped direct.
We started 12k Padel because rackets with a proper carbon build kept costing £150 or more. So we cut out the middlemen and built a 12K carbon racket we could sell at a fair price.
Here's how each racket goes from raw material to your court bag.
1. Material
Every 12k Padel racket has a 12K carbon fibre face: 12,000 filaments per tow, woven into the hitting surface. Behind it sits a medium EVA foam core, which does most of the work in how the racket feels.
2. The build
Every 12k Padel racket is 365 g with a teardrop head, a 12K carbon face, a medium EVA core and a medium to high balance. Choose Midnight Black, Ice White or Shark Blue and pick the colour you want to be seen carrying.
3. Layup and curing
Carbon sheets are laid into the mould in layers. The angle of each layer affects stiffness, flex and vibration. The mould is then sealed and cured under heat and pressure, which bonds the layers and hardens the resin into one solid structure.
4. Finishing
After curing, each racket is sanded, drilled and fitted with a grip, then given a matte finish coat. We keep the branding minimal on purpose. No oversized logos, no neon graphics. The racket does the talking.
5. Testing
Every batch is play tested before it ships. We check weight consistency, balance point, face responsiveness and grip alignment. If something feels off, the batch doesn't go out.
6. Direct to you
We sell from our own site and on TikTok Shop, and ship from the UK. No distributor, no shop margin. That is how a racket with the same 12K carbon grade you find on £250 branded frames costs £79.95.
